Minerva (Darden Cavaliers Revelio) was born on 27th January 2019, and bred by Jelena Kopcic in Germany. She's named after Professor Minerva McGonagall, Harry Potter's Transfiguration teacher in the Harry Potter series. Minerva was also the Roman goddess of wisdom. Her registered name, "Revelio" is a spell which when cast, reveals magical disguises, concealed objects, messages and invisible things.

Minerva is my first tricolour Cavalier - something that I never thought I'd have, as it's the most difficult colour to "get right". However, I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to own a daughter of the fabulous "Jay", UK Ch. Leogem Renaissance, whose mother, "Gloria", UK Ch. Leogem Rhapsody is one of my all-time favourite Cavaliers. Jay and Gloria also have excellent health histories behind them, with generations of clear MRI scans and good hearts. 

Minerva's mother, "Betty" (Ch. Darden Cavaliers Betty Boop) is a daughter of UK Ch. Angel's Pride Gentleman, and a granddaughter of Ch. Angel's Pride Benjamin Button, both of whom have clear MRI scans. Betty had a re-scan at 5 years old and her MRI was still clear, giving her a fantastic 0a result!

We hope that Minerva will take after her parents and showcase their wonderful qualities: a great temperament, impeccable health, and a wonderful, quality coat!
